As an existing Viadex customer we have made some enhancements to the operational administration of data we manage with you.

We have developed this over the last 18 months and have 44% of our current customers using this platform, allowing them to process and review orders as well as analyse assets and warranty as part of of their site and location management.

The key driver for us developing this was to ensure we could proactively provide asset device information and assist you in the management of warranty and support contracts, allowing you to budget effectively for your financial years.
