PRESS RELEASE:Viadex achieves IS0 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Standard Certification

Surbiton, Surrey – 24th November 2016 – Viadex, the global IT infrastructure and deployment expert, is pleased to announce the achievement of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Standard Certification. By meeting the rigorous criteria for this standard, Viadex affirms its ability to consistently deliver an effective quality management system and drive continuous improvements to its services and internal processes. This internationally recognised certification is now a true testament to Viadex’s dedication to the highest levels of quality management and customer satisfaction.

ISO 9001:2015 is the Quality Management System (QMS) standard and is designed to be a powerful business improvement tool. The newest update was revised to ensure that the standard continued to serve the business community and maintain its relevance in today’s market place.

Viadex has improved customer satisfaction and overall operational efficiency as a result of the Certification and will be continually audited by BSI, the business standards company every six months, to ensure that the standard is maintained.

Viadex Operations Director, Pascale Bull commented “It was great to know from an independent body that the quality controls and processes we have in place were in line with the ISO 9001:2015 standard and scrutiny. The audit in October spanned the whole value chain from design right through to delivery and we passed with flying colours.” She continues, “Our approach was to appoint a senior team of staff that could oversee every department in the company collectively. It is this team approach of applying our quality management system together with our values that I believe will drive us to continuously deliver outstanding levels of service excellence in every engagement.”

The relationship is professionally owned by an account executive who is assisted by a technical team and a procurement team. The friendly and generally informal engagements suit my style; however Viadex has a professional and formal image for the times when it is appropriate.
